How to prevent viral pneumonia in life?

How should we pay attention to the prevention of viral pneumonia? We often contact with microorganisms in our daily life, especially during the period of children suffering from pneumonia, the resistance is poor. We need to pay more attention to the health conditions at home, so as not to induce the aggravation of children's disease. To overcome these pathogenic microorganisms, a powerful weapon can be used: disinfection.

Tableware disinfection: the preferred disinfection method is cooking. Cooking can make the protein of bacterial body coagulate and denatured. Most pathogens will die after cooking for 15 to 30 minutes. The disinfection time should be calculated from the time when the water is boiled. When boiling, all utensils should be fully immersed in water. In plateau area, the cooking time should be prolonged because of the lower atmospheric pressure.

Furniture disinfection: household windows, floors and large furniture disinfection, disinfectant can be used to wipe disinfection, such as the use of 10% to 20% of the bleach powder emulsion, 3% to 5% of the Soviet Union solution or stone carbonate solution. However, it should be noted that metal products, such as steel doors and windows, should not be bleached to prevent damage. In addition, special care should be taken when using strong corrosive concentrated solution of calcium carbonate to prevent accidental injury caused by splashing on skin or even eyes.

Clothing and quilt disinfection: clothes, quilt covers, shoes and socks, towels, etc. are usually mechanically cleaned with warm water or clean water, which can eliminate bacteria, dust and dirt adsorbed on the surface of objects; if it is the patient's clothing and appliances, appropriate drugs should be added according to the situation to enhance the disinfection effect. For example, patients with hepatitis can be soaked in 0.1% Peracetic acid or 1% to 2% bleach clear solution for 30 to 60 minutes, and then washed with clean water; for others, Lysol and potassium permanganate can be used.

Disinfection of children's appliances: the thermometer can be soaked in 75% alcohol for 30 minutes. Children's tableware should be fixed for special use and boiled for 30 minutes after each use. The patient's discarded articles, such as waste paper, toilet paper, mouth cleaning paper, useless books and newspapers, utensils or old clothes ready to be discarded, can be disinfected by burning. Do a good job in environmental hygiene and the personal hygiene of adults and children, keep the air fresh in the living room, take less children to public places in winter and spring, and prevent various infectious diseases. In addition, vinegar can be fumigated, with 2 cubic meters of water in each cubic meter space, 1~2 times diluted with water, and 1 hours of smoke and windows closed before bedtime. Active preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence rate of pneumonia in children.
