Sarcoidosis is a kind of granulomatous disease with unknown cause. It can invade every system of the body. The involvement of lung and lymph system is the most common. The characteristic pathological change was non caseous necrotic granuloma of the involved organs. The clinical process is diverse, and about 2 / 3 of the initial patients can relieve themselves. (1) Clinical manifestations

1. Nonspecific manifestations: most of them occur in middle age, and nearly half of the patients have no symptoms. About 1 / 3 of them have fever, mostly low fever, accompanied by weakness, night sweat and weight loss.

2. Pulmonary symptoms and signs: more than 90% of sarcoidosis involves the lung, showing dyspnea, cough, chest distress and chest pain, and hemoptysis is rare. In some patients, burst or wheezing sounds can be heard in the lungs, and clubbing fingers are rare.

3. Manifestations of involvement of extrapulmonary organs: sarcoidosis can affect all systems of the body, superficial lymphadenopathy and cervical lymphadenopathy are common. Eye involvement causes blurred vision, decreased vision, etc. Skin lesions cause erythema and subcutaneous nodules. Joint diseases cause joint swelling and pain. Arrhythmia caused by heart involvement. Nervous system, liver, gastrointestinal, endocrine, blood and kidney can also be affected.
