Braised pork with sugar, water or oil

Water and oil can be used to fry sugar color, but it is easier to master the heat by frying sugar color with water, which is more suitable for novices. The method of frying sugar color is very simple. You only need to prepare a pot of boiling water first, pour it into the pot with rock sugar, and heat it over a low heat to golden yellow. If there is no rock sugar here, you can also use white sugar instead. We usually need to fry sugar color when making braised meat with water or oil to make the color of braised meat more beautiful. Fried sugar color can be used either in oil or water, but it is easier to master the heat. This method is more suitable for novices.

The method of frying sugar color with water is not very difficult. We just need to prepare an appropriate amount of boiled water first, then put it together with rock sugar into the pot and heat it slowly over a low fire. When the rock sugar melts and turns golden yellow, we can pour the processed streaky pork into it and stir fry it evenly.

If we find that there is no rock sugar at home when making braised meat, we can also choose to use the common white granulated sugar at home instead of rock sugar, but the color of braised meat made with white granulated sugar may be a little worse.
