What is baked bran made of

Baked bran comes from wheat. It is made by fermentation and cooking of gluten. It is a special food with high protein, high inorganic salt, low fat and low carbon hydrate. It is suitable for fat people. As a famous dish in Shanghai, Sixi baked bran is quite famous. The method is as follows:
