The Dongsha Islands, Paracel Islands, the Zhongsha Islands and Spratly Islands are the islands in the South China Sea.

The South China Sea Islands are the general name of many islands and reefs in China in the South China Sea. They are located in the East and South waters of Hainan Island, China. They belong to Hainan Province and Guangdong Province, including hundreds of islands, reefs, beaches, sand and dark sand composed of coral reefs. The Dongsha Islands, Paracel Islands, the Zhongsha Islands and Spratly Islands are divided into 4 groups according to their location.

Four islands

The Dongsha Islands are composed of Dongsha Island and several coral reefs and shoals nearby. Paracel Islands consists of more than 30 Sand Islands, reef islands, sandbars and reefs. The Zhongsha Islands consist of more than 20 dark sand and shoal pools, usually 10~20 meters above sea level, and most of them are not yet exposed to the water surface. Spratly Islands consists of more than 200 Sand Islands, reef islands, sandbanks and reef shoals. Among them, the Tsing Mu Sha is the southernmost tip of China's territory.
