Press the "Win + X" key combination to call out the system shortcut menu, and click to open the "control panel".
Change the "view by" to the large icon, and then click "Windows Firewall".
Click "advanced settings" on the left side of the firewall window; (if the firewall is not turned on, we need to click "use recommended settings" behind the change firewall settings on the right).
Select inbound rule, new rule, select program.
