What materials are needed to carve rubber stamps

The materials needed to carve the rubber seal include carving knife, rubber brick, pencil, sulfuric acid paper, tweezers, printing pad, etc. we can first transfer the required pattern to the rubber brick with sulfuric acid paper and pencil, then carve and take out the excess rubber outside the pattern with carving knife and tweezers, and finally color the rubber seal with the printing pad to print the pattern.

The things we usually need to carve rubber stamps are carving knives, rubber bricks, pencils, sulfuric acid paper, tweezers, printing tables and other items. If we want to carve rubber stamps ourselves, we must first print the patterns we need with a printer.

Then take out the sulfuric acid paper and pencil, attach the sulfuric acid paper to the printed pattern, draw the pattern on the sulfuric acid paper with a pencil, paste the pattern we draw on the rubber brick, take hard objects such as coins and bus cards, and scrape the back of the sulfuric acid paper repeatedly to complete the transfer.

Then use a carving knife to carve out the excess rubber from the outside to the inside along the line of the pattern, and then use tweezers to clip away these rubber. Finally, we can put the rubber stamp on the printing pad to take color and print the pattern on other paper.
