How to clean hairy crabs

Soak the bought hairy crab in light salt water for about an hour, let it slowly spit out the sand in its stomach, then brush the crab's back, abdomen, mouth, pliers and legs with a toothbrush dipped in water, and then remove its gills to avoid adverse effects on the human body after eating.

1. First, put the newly bought crabs in a large basin, pour an appropriate amount of water into the basin, add a few spoonfuls of salt, stir slightly, and soak in light salt water for about an hour. In this way, crabs will slowly spit out the dirty things in their stomachs, so they should change the water several times when soaking. When the water becomes clear, it means they have finished spitting.

2. The next step is to start cleaning with a brush. Choose a hard toothbrush. After dipping in water, carefully brush the crab's back, abdomen, mouth and both sides of the body, and then brush the large pliers and several feet respectively.

3. The gills of crabs must be removed. The gills are like eyebrows. In the belly of the crab, there are two rows of very soft things. There are a lot of germs in it. Eating it may cause some harm to the human body, so it's best to clean it up.
