The manufacturer of Dong liquor is Dong Gongsi Town, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. In August 2008, the local authorities in the Dong Fang liquor were formally determined by the state authorities, while Dong Jiu was the typical representative of the Dong Xiang type Baijiu baijiu. Dongjiu Dongjiu is produced in Donggongsi Town, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is one of the eight old famous wines in China and one of the only two national famous wines in Guizhou Province.
In 1957, Dong distillery, like Maotai distillery, was established as an enterprise from a small workshop before liberation. The wine brewed by Dong distillery won the title of "Chinese famous wine" four times at the second, third, fourth and fifth national wine reviews.
