Beishenguang ranked the top four in China's urban innovation index

Yesterday, the China urban creativity index (CCCI) was released at the first Shenzhen management innovation dialogue forum. Shangbei Shenzhen Guangzhou Hangzhou ranked among the top five, while the growth rate of Shenzhen index ranked first. Publish the specific ranking of China's urban creativity index for you, and analyze the list for you.

The index is the first cross city comparison of cultural industry competitiveness index in China. It has been studied and released under the support of Shenzhen Special Fund for publicity and cultural development for four consecutive years, and the results have won the third prize of the fifth 'excellent Leather Book Report Award'. The index research project was jointly completed by the school of management of Shenzhen University, the Institute of cultural industry of Shenzhen University and the national cultural innovation research center of Shenzhen University.

According to Professor Zhou Zhimin, the main researcher of the index, vice president of the school of management of Shenzhen University and vice president of the Institute of cultural industry, in order to make the theory more reasonable, the index model is fine tuned every year. This year's model covers four modules: factor driving force, demand driving force, development support force and industrial influence. The calculation results show that Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Dongguan, Xi'an, Xiamen and Qingdao rank among the top ten in China's urban creativity index respectively.

Unbalanced regional development of cultural industry

China's urban creativity index is the first cross city comparison cultural industry competitiveness index in China. It has been studied and released under the support of Shenzhen Special Fund for publicity and cultural development for four consecutive years. The index research project was jointly completed by the school of management of Shenzhen University, the Institute of cultural industry of Shenzhen University and the national cultural innovation research center of Shenzhen University. It is reported that in order to make the theory more reasonable, the index model is fine tuned every year. This year's model covers four modules, 11 secondary indicators and 25 tertiary indicators, such as factor driving force, demand pulling force, development support and industrial influence. 50 large and medium-sized cities in China (including provincial capital cities, sub provincial cities, municipalities directly under the central government and economically developed cities) were evaluated. The data comes from urban statistical yearbook, statistical bulletin, etc.

Zhou Zhimin, the main researcher of the above index, vice president of the school of management of Shenzhen University and vice president of the Institute of cultural industry, said that according to the "list", it can be judged that the development of China's cultural industry presents the characteristics of unbalanced regional development. Eight of the top ten cities belong to East China and South China. This distribution is related to the level of urban economic development, indicating that the cultural industry does play a significant role in promoting the urban economy.

"As the first echelon, the top five have been relatively stable, although the order of the five cities has been adjusted from time to time. For example, Beijing and Shanghai are replaced in the top two, Shenzhen and Guangzhou are replaced in three or four, and Hangzhou has always ranked fifth." Zhou Zhimin said. The reporter noted that in the ranking of China's urban creativity index, Guangzhou ranked third and Shenzhen ranked fourth. In the ranking, Shenzhen surpassed Guangzhou and ranked third.

Zhou Zhimin also said that according to the 'list', it can be found that there are many cities (33) in the second echelon, and their indexes are relatively close to each other, indicating that the competitiveness of cultural industries in medium-sized cities is equal; It also shows that the development competition of cultural industry between cities is very fierce.

Urban development should make up for its own shortcomings

There are certain differences in the development mode of cultural industry in different cities. Some are factor driven, such as Shenzhen, some are demand driven, such as Guangzhou, while Beijing and Shanghai are strong in factor driven and demand driven. Zhou Zhimin said that in order to improve the competitiveness of the cultural industry, cities can make up for their shortcomings. For example, Shenzhen's per capita disposable income ranks second in the country, but its urban residents' consumption expenditure on education, culture and entertainment services ranks 18th. Even in terms of the proportion of urban residents' consumption expenditure on education, culture and entertainment services in total consumption, Shenzhen only ranks 41st, indicating that Shenzhen people are 'rich', but the proportion of these money spent on education, culture and entertainment is not high. How to guide Shenzhen people to increase their consumption expenditure on education, culture and entertainment services is the direction of the development of Shenzhen's cultural industry.

In addition to ranking the city index, the forum also released the ranking list of China's inter provincial Creativity Index. The index list calculation model is consistent with the city index calculation model, and the data are from the statistical yearbooks of all provinces. The results show that Guangdong, Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Shaanxi, Hunan and Tianjin rank in the top ten. Among them, the top five are far ahead, showing a strong competitive advantage.

Liu Jun, Dean of the school of management of Shenzhen University, said that under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, China's economy is experiencing the development process from creativity to maker and then to entrepreneurship, and cities have played an important role in gathering talent vitality. Through the quantitative evaluation and ranking of Urban Creative competitiveness, cities can not only know their competitive position in China, but also find their own advantages or disadvantages, so as to determine the direction of efforts.
