You can use cold water
1. Probiotics, especially live bacteria preparation, should not be brewed at higher water temperature, and should not exceed 40 degrees to avoid inactivation and failure of bacteria. It's OK to brew in cold or warm water, but you should also consider your gastrointestinal tolerance, especially if you drink cool water in the morning, it will stimulate your intestines.
2. Cold water or normal temperature water can brew probiotics, which is more conducive for most probiotics to enter the small intestine alive. If you are afraid of cold water or stomach cold, you can slightly warm the water to make probiotics easy to dissolve.
