Original title: High Speed Rail pilot e-ticket

During the Spring Festival transportation this year, most of the high-speed rail lines in China will implement e-ticketing. According to the statistics of China Singapore Jingwei client, up to now, all high-speed rail lines and 160 EMU stops on the Yangtze River Delta railway have realized the application of e-ticket.

All high speed rail lines in Yangtze River Delta realize the application of e-ticket

Before November 11, at least 103 pilot e-ticket stations were set up in China, involving Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guangdong and Guangxi. Since November 12, the Yangtze River Delta railway has gradually expanded the application scope of e-ticket. It is found that as of December 16, all high-speed rail lines and 160 EMU stops on the Yangtze River Delta railway have already started to use e-tickets.

Among them, on July 27, 20 stations of Shanghai Nanjing Intercity Railway pilot application of e-ticket; on November 12, the first batch of 45 stations such as Hangzhou East, Nanjing South and Hefei South were put into use; on November 20, the second batch of 48 stations such as Shanghai Hongqiao, Ningbo and Lianyungang were put into use; on November 16, the third batch of 24 stations, including Suzhou north, Wuxi East and Yangzhou, were put into use.

On December 1, Zhengzhou Fuyang high-speed railway and Shangqiu Hefei section of Beijing Hong Kong high-speed railway (Shangqiu Hangzhou north section) were opened for operation. On December 16, Xuzhou Yancheng high-speed railway and Lianyungang Zhenjiang high-speed railway were officially opened for operation.

It is understood that 23 stations of the four new lines of Zhengfu, shanghehang (North Section), Xuyan and Lianzhen (North Section) will start to use e-ticket synchronously from the date of opening. So far, all high-speed rail lines and 160 EMU stops on the Yangtze River Delta railway will realize the application of e-ticket, which will lay a solid foundation for the organization of Railway Spring Festival transportation in 2020.

Beijing Municipal Bureau has carried out pilot projects on three lines under its administration, including the Beijing Xiong intercity railway, etc

From December 10, 7 stations along the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway, including Beijing south, Tianjin, Tianjin west, Wuqing, Tanggu, Binhai and Junliang Chengbei, have implemented e-ticket business on a pilot basis. This is the third pilot line selected by China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. after the trial implementation of e-ticket business in Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway from Beijing south to East Dezhou and Beijing West to Daxing airport section of Beijing Xiong intercity railway.

On September 26, the section from Beijing West to Daxing airport of Beijing Xiong intercity railway was put into operation, and became the first line using e-ticket in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. On November 26, 6 stations of Beijing south, Tianjin west, Langfang, Tianjin South, Cangzhou West and Dezhou east of the Beijing Shanghai high speed railway started to implement e-ticket business. So far, three pilot e-tickets have been put into use in Beijing Administration.

Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway will be opened by the end of the year, and electronic tickets will be used in the whole line

Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway has been put into trial operation on December 3, entering the countdown to officially open at the end of the year. It is understood that there are 10 stations on the whole line of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, starting from Beijing North Station, passing through Qinghe station, Shahe station (no passenger transport), Changping Station, Badaling Great Wall Station, donghuayuan north station, Huailai station, Xiahuayuan north station and Xuanhua north station to Zhangjiakou station.

Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway also adopts electronic ticket in ticket selling mode. Passengers can enter the station with valid ID card and 12306 dynamic QR code without holding ticket. For the first time, Qinghe station of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is equipped with a ticketing integrated machine, which can realize the functions of selling, taking, changing, returning and public security card making, so as to realize full self-service.

Using e-ticket, although passengers do not need to pick up paper tickets in advance, they can swipe ID card or mobile phone QR code 'second speed' to enter the station, but for unfamiliar passengers, there are still several points to pay attention to:

1. How to find a seat?

Passengers can query in the 12306 account order, or check SMS, wechat, email, etc., and can master the train number, seat, travel time, ticket gate and other information of e-ticket.

2. What should I do if my cell phone is out of power?

Passengers can choose to download and print through the website, or print the ticket information sheet at the ticket window and automatic ticket machine. The ticket information sheet also indicates the train number, ticket gate, carriage number, seat number and other key information.

3. Ticket reimbursement can be printed out

Passengers who need paper tickets for reimbursement can also choose to print their tickets on the ticket windows and automatic ticket machines in the station. The style of the tickets is the same as those used in the past, but there is a hint on the face of the tickets that they are only for reimbursement, not as travel vouchers. Passengers can choose to print at the departure station or at the terminal station after getting off the train.

4. There is no change in the way children buy tickets

It is worth noting that the way children buy tickets has not changed. When checking in, passengers with children's tickets must complete the real name verification and ticket checking procedures through the manual channel with the original valid ID card of the person or the adult of the same trade used when purchasing the ticket.

5. Student tickets need to be checked every academic year

For the passengers who meet the conditions for purchasing student tickets, they should go through the verification procedures of their resident ID card and student preferential card at the designated ticket window of the station before taking the train (student tickets need to be handled once every academic year before taking the bus). After purchasing the tickets, the passengers who have passed the verification procedures can go through the real name system verification and the admission and exit ticket checking procedures with their resident identity certificates. At the same time, the railway station staff have the right to check the discount certificate.
