On November 30, 2019, the awarding ceremony of the 8th China Innovation and entrepreneurship competition international third generation semiconductor professional competition & bull; global finals was held at the third generation semiconductor industry high-end forum. The third generation semiconductor materials and applications are the new highland of global semiconductor industry strategic competition. The competition started on May 8 and lasted for nearly seven months, and finally completed the global finals in Shunyi, Beijing on November 29. Lianzhi Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. won the first prize with its self-developed intelligent operation and maintenance technology of industrial equipment and complete predictive intelligent operation and maintenance solutions. It is understood that the competition has attracted more than 500 projects from more than 10 countries, including China, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Poland and Japan, etc., and the competition covers core materials, devices and equipment of the third generation semiconductor, as well as new energy vehicles, 5g communication and smart energy Technologies and applications in various fields, such as transportation and lighting.
