The person in charge of classified management of domestic garbage shall dissuade the individual who fails to put the garbage into different categories; the person in charge of classified management of domestic garbage who refuses to listen to the dissuasion shall report to the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management, and the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management shall give a written warning. If the person violates the regulations again, he shall be fined not less than 50 yuan but not more than 200 yuan.

However, according to the regulations, if an individual who should be punished voluntarily participates in community service activities such as the classification of household garbage, no administrative penalty shall be imposed.
