It is reported that China Unicom has completed more than 1000 network unit and business system transformation, conducted more than 330000 tests, cooperated with the Ministry of industry and information technology to carry out more than 20 surveys, and completed the network construction, system transformation, network and inter system joint commissioning and test work involved in "carrying number to transfer network" with high quality and efficiency.
According to the statement of China Telecom, after the official provision of the service, China Telecom will conscientiously implement the regulatory policy requirements of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and make every effort to guarantee the service level of the network transfer with signal, and constantly enhance the user's "sense of gain, happiness and security" in accordance with the principle of "convenient for users, fair and just, honest and trustworthy, and collaborative cooperation".
In addition, China Telecom also stressed that they have completed the basic network transformation of more than 200 network elements and the bottom layer reconstruction of the overall business management system, the upgrading and transformation of more than 800 API interfaces and more than 300 business platforms, more than 300000 network and business tests, more than 100000 staff training, and more than 8000 self owned business offices to provide services.
According to the requirements, the user number remains unchanged, and the operators such as mobile, Unicom and Telecom can be freely selected if they meet the conditions. Telecommunication business operators shall not interfere with users' independent choice.
