The plaintiff Xiaowei complained that in December 2018, he was injured and cultivated at home. He was idle and bored. When playing with his mobile phone, he registered the volcano video with his grandmother Li's mobile phone number. When using the volcano video to reward, I used my grandmother's wechat to pay 63520 yuan successively. The wechat is bound with Grandma's bank card. The money is the only savings of the family, which is accumulated by Xiaowei's father through working and breeding. In September 2019, because Uncle Xiaowei was injured and needed medical expenses in hospital, his grandmother found that there was no money left on the card when she used the bank card to withdraw money. She asked Xiaowei to know the reason.
Xiaowei, the plaintiff, believes that he is a person with limited legal capacity, and his legal act is invalid, so the lawsuit requires to confirm that his civil legal act on the "volcano video" platform is invalid, and return 63520 yuan.
Recently, Haidian court accepted the case and is in the process of further trial.
