In a blog post, Microsoft introduced the latest development of digital assistant on windows 1020h1.
Microsoft says it has removed the pinning of the Cortana application from the taskbar, so you can now move or resize Cortana like any other application.
Microsoft has also made significant improvements in accessibility, making Cortana easier for everyone to use.

Microsoft has removed Cortana's support for "affiliate accounts," so no matter which account you sign in with, your work account and personal account are two separate experiences. If you sign in with a Microsoft account, you will interact with your personal information. If you sign in with a work or school account, Cortana will use that account. Your chat history will remain on your local device, and if you use a personal Microsoft account, your data will still appear in the Microsoft privacy dashboard.
Microsoft also temporarily removed some Cortana skills, including:
Bing instant answer
Jokes and other assistants.

Microsoft said the new Cortana can only be used on US-EN (American English) and will add other language support later.
