Previously, SF holdings announced that it plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise capital of RMB 5.8 billion, with a par value of RMB 100 per bond and a term of 6 years from the date of issuance, i.e. from November 18, 2019 to November 18, 2025. After deducting the issuing expenses, the raised funds will be invested in the aircraft purchase and maintenance, intelligent logistics information system construction and other projects.
According to the announcement, the funds raised by SF holdings will be mainly invested in these fields: 1.52 billion yuan for the purchase and maintenance of aircraft and aviation materials, 1.49 billion yuan for the construction of intelligent logistics information system, 1 billion yuan for the automatic upgrading of express equipment, 590 million yuan for the improvement of land transportation capacity, and 1.2 billion yuan for the repayment of bank loans, so as to reduce the company's asset liability ratio, optimize the capital structure and support the company Division's current main business development.
