At present, JD has a relatively mature business model and development ability in the field of c2m reverse customization. In the next three years, JD will release 100 million new products and c2m products, of which more than 70% will be innovative.
Xu Lei pointed out that JD retail has the backstage performance ability that other platforms do not have, and can coordinate the commodity flow and information flow between JD and social channels, saving more than 50% of the operating cost on average. Behind this is JD retail's' intelligent performance decision-making brain 'in operation. At present, the system has the ability to process 50 million daily orders and 200 million daily peak orders, and has been opened to the third party.
