The optimization and adjustment mainly involves three high-speed rail lines from Shanghai to Hangzhou, Hangzhou to Ningbo and Ningbo to Shenzhen. Take the g2343 train from Ningbo to Wenzhou as an example. On November 30, the business seat of the train was 288 yuan, the first-class seat was 154 yuan, and the second-class seat was 96 yuan. On December 1, the ticket price of the train was 305 yuan, 163 yuan and 102 yuan respectively. For example, the price of G59 train from Ningbo to Taizhou is 160 yuan for business seat, 85 yuan for first-class seat and 53 yuan for second-class seat. From December 1, the price is adjusted to 152 yuan for business seat, 81 yuan for first-class seat and 50 yuan for second-class seat.

From December 1, China Railway Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will carry out fare optimization and adjustment for some high-speed EMU trains of hengliu and Nanwu sections of Nanguang railway. Among them, hengliu railway involves 90 trains, with a maximum discount of 5.5%; Nanwu section of Nanguang railway involves 100 trains, with a maximum discount of 8%. According to the railway department, the implementation of differential pricing mechanism for high-speed EMU trains is conducive to establishing a reasonable price comparison relationship among various modes of transportation, flexibly adapting to the market and better meeting the diversified travel needs of the majority of passengers.

At present, including China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd., etc., all released information to implement fare optimization and adjustment for high-speed rail EMU trains.
