In view of the problems existing in the e-commerce market, the member units of the joint meeting require Shanghai e-commerce enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities in terms of platform governance, quality control, information disclosure, fair competition, food safety, advertising compliance, drug management, consumer rights and interests protection, intellectual property protection, etc., and carry out network centralized promotion activities in accordance with laws and regulations. Formulate emergency plans in advance for order saturation, logistics distribution and network security incidents of promotional activities, unblock customer service hotline, and handle complaints from consumers and trademark owners in a timely manner. Establish and implement the system of personal information protection, platform first compensation, online shopping for seven days without reason return, etc. Strictly implement the audit responsibility of the platform for the release behavior of merchants, and do not use the network promotion activities to carry out fraud, sales of prohibited articles, controlled articles and other illegal and criminal activities.
