remarks:

1. 21.75 days is the average monthly salary days.

2. The calculation base of overtime salary is the normal monthly attendance salary corresponding to the position of the worker, excluding the salary paid under special circumstances such as year-end bonus, commuting allowance, working meal allowance, housing allowance, mid night shift allowance, summer high temperature allowance and overtime salary. According to the following principles:

(1) If the labor contract has a clear agreement on the monthly wage of the laborer, it shall be determined according to the monthly wage corresponding to the position of the laborer as agreed in the labor contract; if the actual performance is inconsistent with the agreement in the labor contract, it shall be determined according to the monthly wage corresponding to the position of the laborer as actually performed.

(2) If the labor contract does not clearly stipulate the monthly wages of the workers, and the collective contract (special collective contract for wages) stipulates the monthly wages corresponding to the posts, it shall be determined according to the monthly wages corresponding to the posts as stipulated in the collective contract (special collective contract for wages).

(3) If the labor contract and collective contract (special collective contract for wages) have no agreement on the monthly wages of workers, it shall be determined according to 70% of the monthly wages of workers' normal attendance (including bonus, allowance and subsidy).

3. The calculation base of overtime wage and holiday wage shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard stipulated by this Municipality.
