The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue the rainstorm blue warning at 10:00 on September 2: it is estimated that from 14:00 on September 2 to 14:00 on September 3, there will be heavy rain in some areas of Hainan Island, southern and northeastern Guangdong, southeastern Guangxi, Southern Jiangsu, southeastern Anhui, Shanghai, Eastern and Northern Zhejiang, western Yunnan and southern Sichuan, including northern and eastern Hainan Island, southern coastal Guangdong and southern Jiangsu There are rainstorms in some parts of Zhejiang, Shanghai, northern and eastern coastal areas, and local rainstorms (100-150 mm).
