According to the official microblog "Guizhou fire" of Guizhou fire rescue corps, at 11:30 noon on August 6, heavy smoke appeared in Laoganma factory in Guiyang, Guizhou. Guiyang fire brigade immediately dispatched 5 vehicles and 30 people to the scene for rescue. The fire was brought under control at 13:20 noon.
According to CCTV news client, at noon on August 6, a fire broke out in a factory building of Laoganma in Guiyang, and firefighters rushed to the scene to put out the fire. Later, Guizhou Fire Department announced at 13:23 that the fire officers and men of Guiyang detachment were on the scene and no casualties were found.
At about 13:50, Guizhou Fire Department reported that the open fire had been put out, and the pepper waste in the plant was burned, causing a fire without causing casualties.
According to tianyancha, on July 12, 2017, Laoganma old factory was fined for "the spray water pump of No. 1 cooking fume purification system on the roof of the frying workshop was stopped and the spray system did not open normally".
