The two tenants cheated their relatives and friends for many times in the past two years
Zhejiang police reported that at about 10:00 on July 8, Qingxi police station of Chun'an County Public Security Bureau received a report from Zhang Zixin's grandmother that her granddaughter Zhang Zixin (female, 9-year-old) was taken away by two tenants on the ground of going to Shanghai for a wedding banquet. She did not return within the time limit and her whereabouts are unknown. After receiving the police, the Chunan police initially investigated and locked the suspect Liang Mouhua and Xie Moufang.
As the case was serious, the provincial, municipal and county public security organs formed a joint task force and organized more than 500 police forces to investigate and collect evidence in Shanghai, Zhangzhou, Shantou, Guangzhou, Maoming, Zhuhai and Wuhan.
Later, the police found that Liang and Xie committed suicide by throwing themselves into the lake at a viewing platform in Dongqian Lake, Ningbo, in the early morning of July 8. They were all in the area covered by video surveillance. Before committing suicide, they drank alcohol, tied their coats to each other, and threw themselves into the lake together. After examination, there was no scratch and other damage on the surface of the two corpses, no abnormality in the toxicity test, and there was alcohol content in the blood. But the girl, Zhang Zixin, is still missing.
According to the investigation, Liang Mou Hua, male, 43 years old, from Huazhou City, Guangdong Province, has no criminal record. Married with a son and a daughter, he ran away from home in 2004 due to breeding losses, debts and other reasons, and did not return for many years. Xie Yifang, female, 45 years old, from Huazhou City, Guangdong Province, has no criminal record. Unmarried, go out to work, many years did not return.
In 2005, Xie was introduced to live together without marriage registration with Liang. Up to now, they have no real estate, no vehicle, no stock rights. In the past two years, they have cheated relatives and friends for money for tourism and daily life. As the two people's fraud has been going on for many years, it is more and more difficult for them to meet their daily expenses through the implementation of fraud.
On July 13, 2019, in Qingxi village, Chun'an County, Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou, Zhang Zixin's hometown, after hearing the news that Zhang Zixin was found, the little girl's grandmother had been crying at home and the door was closed.
After more than 500 search and rescue personnel searched and rescued for days, on July 13, the body of the suspected girl was found and salvaged at 16 nautical miles (Shipu sea area) due south of guanri Pavilion in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Through the technical identification of criminal investigation, it was confirmed that Zhang Zixin was a lost girl, and no obvious violent injury was found on the corpse surface, which was consistent with the characteristics of drowning death. Based on video surveillance, eyewitness testimony, and road conditions and environmental characteristics in the missing area, the police initially ruled out the girl falling into the water as a result of a slip.
Beijing News reporter noted that in a circular issued by the Public Security Department of Zhejiang Province today, some details of the girl being taken away from home by two tenants were released. At about 6:30 a.m. on July 4, Liang and Xie left their home in Qingxi village, Qiandaohu Town, Chun'an County with their girl Zhang Zixin. They arrived in Zhangzhou, Shantou, Chaozhou, Xiamen, Ningbo and other places by high-speed rail and on-line bus.
At 19:22 on July 7, the surveillance showed that three people appeared in Baisha Bay area of Songlan mountain tourist resort; from 20:00 to 20:20, a witness saw a woman carrying a bag and a man carrying a little girl walking towards the north exit of the resort; at 22:22, the surveillance showed that a man and a woman left the exit of the resort and no little girl was seen; at 2:01 on July 8, the surveillance showed that there was no sign of a girl Liang and Xie committed suicide by jumping into the lake.
In addition, Zhejiang police also said that Liang and Xie have lived in Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Maoming and Dongguan since 2005.
