Heavy rainfall occurred in northern Guangxi yesterday (December 12). Today's rainfall will extend to the whole region. Northern Guangxi is still the main battlefield of heavy rainfall. At 08:00 on July 13, Guangxi Meteorological Bureau upgraded the level III emergency response of major meteorological disasters (rainstorm) to level II emergency response.

Guangxi Meteorological Observatory predicts that from day to night, Guilin, Liuzhou, Hechi, Baise, Laibin, Hezhou and some areas in the north of Nanning will have heavy rain to rainstorm, local heavy rain or extra heavy rain, accompanied by short-term thunderstorm, gale and other strong convective weather, while other areas will have light to moderate rain and local heavy rain to rainstorm.

On the 14th, Guilin, Liuzhou, Hechi, Baise, Laibin, Hezhou and some areas in the north of Nanning had heavy rain, with local rainstorms or torrential rain, accompanied by short-term thunderstorms, gales and other severe convective weather. In other areas, there were cloudy to cloudy showers or thunderstorms, and local rainstorms to torrential rain.
