Recently, a reporter learned from the Hainan provincial emergency management department that at about 6 am on July 11, a Hainan Qionghai fishing boat with more than 30 people on board was in great danger due to strong wind and waves on its way home in Nansha sea area. It was reported that the fishing boat lost contact after the alarm, and the signal of Beidou system was lost, which made it possible to sink. Now, have these people been found? Most of the fishing boats, 26 meters wide and 168.5 tons, were reported to the police. At 10:30, the provincial emergency management department cooperated with relevant units to discuss the scheduling and coordinate all forces to carry out joint rescue.

Many rescue forces carried out rescue operations. The South China Sea Rescue Bureau's "South China Sea rescue 116" ship set out from Yongxing island and rushed to the rescue site. The Sansha MSA issued a navigation warning to require passing merchant ships to participate in the rescue. The COSCO Group's merchant ships "Yuanyang Lake" and "West Lake" sailing in the South China Sea rushed to the rescue site respectively. The shore station of Qionghai marine law enforcement brigade issued information to the nearby 'qiongdanyu 11988' fishing boat through the Beidou monitoring platform, requesting to participate in the rescue; the local garrison also sent warships and aircraft to the rescue; China marine search and rescue center and Guangdong Provincial Marine Search and rescue center sent out information about the participation of passing ships; a fixed wing rescue aircraft from Hong Kong also rushed to the scene to participate in the rescue.

After receiving the instruction from the Vietnamese fishing boat "Guangyi Lake" rescue center, the fishing boat "COSCO" arrived at the sea area of 9632 minutes. At 19:15, the fishermen in distress were received by the South China Sea rescue ship 116, which is expected to arrive in Sanya on the 12th.
