Beijing Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security, Education Commission, judicial bureau, Health Commission and other nine departments jointly issued a notice, specifying that employers and human resources service agencies shall not limit gender (except for the forbidden labor scope of female employees stipulated by the state) or give priority to gender in the process of formulating recruitment plans, releasing recruitment information and recruiting personnel, and shall not restrict women's job hunting and employment on the basis of gender If they refuse to employ women, they are not allowed to inquire about their marriage and childbirth, they are not allowed to take pregnancy test as entry physical examination items, they are not allowed to take birth restriction as employment conditions, and they are not allowed to raise the employment standards of women differently. Human resources and social security departments, trade unions, women's federations and other departments carry out joint interviews with employers suspected of gender discrimination in employment.
