Hayao Miyazaki's city of the sky is a floating city in the sky surrounded by clouds. It is located on the top of the clouds, adjacent to the clouds, hidden in the air, and indisputable from the rest of the world. And in the deep mountains of the town of Pan'an, Jinhua, there is such a city of the sky. What's going on? Why does this happen?
It is known as "cliff village" Yanmen village, located in Shijiazhuang village, Fangqian Town, Pan'an County, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the embrace of the mountains with an altitude of more than 800 meters. The vertical altitude difference between the market town at the bottom of the mountain and the village at the top of the mountain is nearly 600 meters. The three sides of the village are cliffs with a height of more than 300 meters.
Seen from a distance, this small village is like a castle in the air, standing on the edge of the cliff, with green trees, lingering clouds and towering green peaks.
The village name "Yanmen" comes from two rocks on the mountain. Not far from the top of the mountain, the road passes through the two stones about one meter high. The two stones standing opposite each other are like an open door. There is a five inch stone threshold under it.
Restricted by the production and living conditions at that time, on the ancient road from lijingkeng to Yanmen, the steps were steep and dangerous. The length of a step could only allow one person to walk, with a gradient of nearly 70-80 degrees. It was towering and steep, and straight into the sky. People could not walk upright at all. They had to use their hands and feet to climb up. Almost every step would touch their knees, and they had no time to take into account the beauty of the road 。
Before the repair, there were eighteen turns in the mountain road, and the winding mountain road was also very narrow and dangerous, and there was no guardrail installed. One side was a cliff, the other side was a cliff, and only one vehicle was allowed to pass through. When the two cars meet, we must whistle for each other. Only when reversing for one or two hundred meters can we have the most spacious place for passing the car very carefully.
Now, after widening, hardening and upgrading, there are two roads leading to Yanmen, one is convenient for villagers to travel, the other is the breathtaking and exciting "Sichuan Tibet line" in central Zhejiang.
Carefully follow the pan mountain road all the way up, passing through villages, terraces, mountainsides, cliffs & hellip; & hellip; clouds, beautiful, the end is Yanmen village.
However, in rainy days, there will be fog in the mountains. The dense fog is filled. The peaks seem to be covered with gauze curtains. If they are hidden, they will be hazy within five meters. The village is surrounded by clouds and smoke. It is dense all day long. It is like a building full of wind and rain.
The next morning after the rain, there will be a large area of cloud sea spectacle, the surging cloud sea and the red sun shine together, thick clouds and mist diffuse for hundreds of miles, forming an endless cloud sea, flowing slowly among the mountains. When the sun comes out, it will form a wonderful scene with brilliant rays, just like a beautiful picture of fairyland on earth.
Looking at a unique farm house with green bricks and grey tiles living among the clouds, chickens, birds and dogs frolic in the clouds and linger... As soon as you open the door, the clouds will float to your home, just like a paradise, just like another life.
There are thick fallen leaves on the ancient road. When you step on it, you can hear the creaking sound clearly.... the bamboo forest beside the ancient road is very dense, creating an isolated bamboo forest fairyland, where the breeze blows and sends out the fresh fragrance.
After dinner, walking on the gentle steps, you can easily get to the viewing platform. Looking around, the mountains are lush, surrounded by clouds, like falling clouds in a dream. In my spare time, I'd like to make an appointment with three or five friends. It's a good choice to come to the purest natural oxygen bar and take a deep breath.
