There are three routes in total: one is cherry valley in Xin'an County, the other is cherry valley in Hongshan Township of Xigong, and the last is cherry picking in Matun, Mengjin.
Cherry Valley, Xin'an County
1. Lihe village, cijian Town, Xin'an County
Cijian Cherry Valley in Xin'an County is located in cijian Town, Xin'an County, with convenient transportation. Since 2008, cherry festival has been held in Lihe village in the middle and late May every year, attracting tens of thousands of tourists.
At present, the cherry planting area of Lihe village has reached more than 3000 mu. Through "marriage" with Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and provincial and municipal forestry technology departments, the local cherry has developed from a single small cherry in the past to a large cherry today, with more than ten varieties.
Self driving route: drive from Gushui along Zhongzhou West Road to g310 national highway, drive 6.5km to the west, turn right to enter the Cilin line, drive 6.2km to the front.

2. Wutou Town, Xin'an County
Wangfuzhuang village, Dawa village, Dushu village and Matou village in the town are all planted with cherries and strawberries. Each village has a cherry ditch, which is adjacent to cherry ditch village in Hongshan Township, Xigong District.
The shrubs and trees growing in the ditch form a unique landscape. The cave houses here are also very distinctive. You can take photos here. Some hotels are directly open in the cave.
Route: the same route as to Lihe village, cijian town. After arriving at Lihe village, you can reach these villages about 5 kilometers north.

Cherry Valley, Hongshan Township, Xigong District
Every year, from the end of April, Cherry Valley Village will hold cherry picking Festival. In order to prolong the picking period and attract more tourists, in recent years, local farmers invited cherry cultivation experts from Beijing, Zhengzhou and other places, and introduced several new varieties of large cherry, such as early, middle and late.
At present, the full fruit period of cherry in this village starts from the beginning of May and lasts until the first ten days of June.

Cherry picking in Matun, Mengjin
Matun town is located in the outskirts of Luoyang, Airport Road, Huashan Road and other traffic arteries are closely connected with Luoyang City. In recent years, the whole town has transferred land, adjusted structure, developed eco-tourism, and built Jinshui River eco-agricultural tourism and sightseeing belt. The cherry planting area has reached more than 6000 mu, with more than 10 famous and excellent new varieties such as red light and topaz.
In May, the crystal red cherry and beautiful rural scenery make tourists linger.

Picking precautions:
