3. Pilot application for driving license of large and medium-sized passenger and freight vehicles in different places in the province

4. We will expand the pilot of online transfer of vehicle roll transfer information.
◆ on the basis of the original 15 pilot cities, we will further expand the pilot project of electronic online transfer of non operating small and micro passenger vehicle files, which will be implemented in all municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals, autonomous region capitals and cities specifically listed in the plan, and at least one or two more cities will be selected in each province (region), including Fuzhou, Xiamen and Zhangzhou in Fujian Province.

5. Implement national general inspection and 6-year exemption for motorcycles
