Singapore tourist visa materials
1. Passport:
Original passport and photocopy of passport photo page. The passport shall be valid for more than six months (calculated from the date of entry) and have at least one blank visa page.
2. Form 14a visa application form (original):
An application form completed in English and signed by the applicant.
3. Color photos:
Two (one posted on the form and the other for scanning). The photos shall meet the following requirements:
a) Two inch, color, white background, recent photos within three months;
b) Front bareheaded (if hats or accessories are required according to special religion or customs, hats or accessories shall not cover up the applicant's facial features).
4. Chinese ID card:
Original and copy（ Note: for business visa applicants, only a copy is required)
5. Visa fee:
The visa fee is S $30 per person. The visa fee is non refundable. The unit / travel agency designated by the museum will charge visa fee and additional service fee.
