Another spectacular sight in Australia lies in the famous Flinders mountains, a remote inland area 5.5 hours north of Adelaide. Wilpiner is a huge sunken natural amphitheater, similar to a crater. The only way to cross nearly 100 kilometers (62 miles) is through a huge Canyon 11 kilometers (seven miles) long and eight kilometers (five miles) wide. It's a five hour drive north of Adelaide.
