On April 1, 2016, the entry administration of the Ministry of justice of Japan simplified and updated the Japanese entry cards for foreigners.

In the past, the old version of the immigration record card was divided into front and back. On the right side of the front was the entry information, and on the left was the departure information. After entering the country, the departure information will be torn off and nailed on the passport by the Japanese entry examiner, and then torn off when leaving the country.

In particular, you should write down the name and address of the accommodation in the place of "Japan contact first (Japan contact address)", and leave the information that can contact you in the telephone part (tourists usually write the information about hotels or B & B) So as to reduce the possibility of being asked for supplementary information by customs officers.

2) The number of days of stay in Japan during the given period (expected stay in Japan) shall be calculated from the date of departure, including the total number of days of stay on the day of return. For example, if you leave on 4 / 1 and return on 4 / 5, fill in 5 days.

3) The writing order of the date of birth is' day, month and year ', for example, 01 (day) 04 (month) 2016 (year). Remember that the date and month should not be reversed!
