From the time point of view, this will be the fifth round of cold air in May this year. The central meteorological observatory forecast that the 25th will be the most concentrated day of precipitation in southern China, with heavy rain in most areas of Hunan, Hubei, Anhui and Jiangsu, and local heavy rain.
