Also, wait for three weeks to eat. In this way, salted duck eggs are oily and delicious.

The third method, called liquor pickling, is very simple. As long as you prepare more than 60 degrees of liquor and refined salt, you can wash the duck eggs and dry them, roll them in 60 degrees of liquor, and then wrap them with refined salt. Put it in a jar and seal it. Put it in a dry and airy place. Wait for about three weeks to a month before you can take it out and cook it before eating.
