3、 Place of processing
Tip: you don't have to go to Xiamen exit Entry Administration Bureau to apply for the certificate. There are fewer people in other branches, so the queuing time is reduced. However, all the evidence is collected by the municipal exit entry administration. Can also handle EMS express delivery card, faster one or two days.

4、 Handling process
1. Filling in the form: fill in the form and print it on the self-service terminal
2. Take photos: take photos directly at the scene with the form
