Applicants under the age of 16 should also submit the certificate of guardianship (birth certificate, household register, etc.) and the original ID card of the guardian

(2) If a Chinese citizen residing abroad applies to go to Taiwan after coming to the mainland, he / she must submit his / her valid passport of the people's Republic of China or travel certificate of the people's Republic of China and the original certificate of his / her residence abroad for examination

(4) Unit opinion
State functionaries and servicemen registered for the record shall submit letters issued by their subordinate units or superior competent units according to the administrative authority of cadres to approve their handling of exit and entry certificates, except those who apply to Taiwan with the "approval document for Taiwan."
(5) Those who are invited to Taiwan, go to Taiwan for business, study and carry out cross-strait shipping tasks shall submit the supporting materials corresponding to the application reasons
Those who are invited to Taiwan shall submit the original "approval document for Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council or the authorized Taiwan Affairs Office, or the copy confirmed and sealed by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the provincial, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government
For those who go to Taiwan for business activities, submit the original of the "approval for project approval to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council or the authorized Taiwan Affairs Office, or the copy with the seal of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the provincial, autonomous regional or municipal government
Those who want to study in Taiwan shall submit the certificate of study in Taiwan issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office at or above the district level of the province open to study in Taiwan
In case of cross-strait shipping, the original of the "approval document to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council or the authorized Taiwan Affairs Office, or the copy confirmed and sealed by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government shall be submitted
(6) To apply for renewal of certificates, the original "Taiwan pass" shall also be submitted

3、 Trans provincial and non local application
You can apply to the exit Entry Administration of the public security organ in your place of residence, except for the endorsement for settlement in Taiwan and the acceptance agency specified in the guidelines for handling the pass and endorsement service to and from Taiwan
4、 Other conditions and materials required for applying for Taiwan pass and endorsement near the place of residence
1 city registered residence in 31 cities, registered residence spouse, children under 16 years of age, and non city registered residence, and their children, who are under 16 years of age, can submit mainland residents' "Taiwan pass" and Endorsement Application to their nearest residence.
(2) mainland residents over 60 years old (above) who live in non registered residence for more than six months may submit mainland residents' Taiwan passes and endorsement applications at their place of residence.
(3) mainland residents who live in non registered residence for more than six months may submit a replacement in their place of residence, reissue the mainland residents' access to Taiwan pass and apply for the same type of endorsement to the Taiwan area again.
Mainland residents who have met the above circumstances in the non registered residence across the province and in different places shall handle the Taiwan pass and endorsement, and submit the following application materials.
The 31 cities include: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Hefei, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Nanchang, Jinan, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Kunming and Xi'an.
The spouse of a registered residence in the registered residence of a city or a child under 16 years of age shall submit the proof of the relationship between the two parties.
The employees shall submit the certificate of paying social insurance for more than one year in the place of employment issued by the social security department; the students shall submit the certificate of studying issued by the University
The spouse and children of the above-mentioned persons shall submit the certificate (residence permit, etc.) issued by the public security organ of their place of residence for more than 6 months. If the household register fails to prove the kinship, other supporting materials shall be submitted
The elderly over 60 years old shall submit the certificate of residence for more than six months (including) issued by the public security organ of their place of residence (residence certificate, etc.)
Applicants who apply for replacement of the "mainland residents' pass to and from Taiwan" and the same kind of endorsement for going to Taiwan again shall submit the certificate (residence permit, etc.) issued by the public security organ of their place of residence for more than six months (inclusive)
5、 Handling process
Step 1: submit appointment application
(1) Through the "public security immigration online service platform", click "appointment application" to select the city for business application
Applicants under the age of 16 are not allowed to apply for entry-exit business online. They should go to the entry-exit hall accompanied by their guardian to apply
(2) Go directly to the reception hall window for queuing

Collect and fill in the application form for mainland residents to and from Taiwan
Step 3: fingerprint collection
Applicants aged 16 or above: two fingerprints need to be collected or verified
Applicants under the age of 16: according to the opinions of their guardians, whether to collect fingerprints or not is determined
Step 4: collect receipt
The applicant shall collect the receipt, check the relevant contents of the receipt, and sign after confirmation
Step 5: payment
