Materials to be provided:
1. Provide personal ID card, household register, archive card and a copy.
2. Employees who have participated in enterprise endowment insurance shall provide endowment insurance transfer form, manual and account.
3. Other materials (recruitment form, officer transfer certificate, etc.) as required.
2、 Audit materials: After the social insurance agency has verified the above materials in accordance with the relevant provisions, it will issue the registration form of basic information of endowment insurance personnel, the registration form of endowment insurance for urban employees of enterprises, the supplementary form of endowment insurance payment for urban employees of enterprises, the summary form of endowment insurance fund supplementary payment for urban employees of enterprises, and the supplementary form of endowment insurance payment for urban employees of enterprises Endowment insurance payment form and some subsidiary forms.
3、 Fill in the form and determine the payment wage base: after the individual truthfully fills in the above form, the payment wage base is determined from the average monthly wage of the city's employees in the previous year to three times of their monthly wage, and the basic pension is paid according to 25% of their payment wage base (from 1999 to 2000). Once the payment wage base is determined, it will remain unchanged for one year.
4、 Payment of endowment insurance premium:
1. After the social insurance department has verified the contents of the forms filled in by the individual item by item, it has signed the agreement on basic endowment insurance premium payment for urban workers of enterprises in Beijing with the individual in duplicate, one for each party.
2. The social insurance branch checks the amount of basic endowment insurance premium according to the individual's payment wage base, and informs the individual to pay the basic endowment insurance premium at the charging office.
3. The social insurance branch will issue the social insurance payment card to the individual after verifying the certificate of basic endowment insurance premium.
4. An individual must pay the basic endowment insurance premium within the time limit specified by the social insurance department. If he fails to pay the basic endowment insurance premium within the time limit, he shall be deemed to have interrupted the payment and shall not make up the payment.
