2. Soaking time

2. The choice of water

Water is also an important condition for brewing good tea. Different water quality has a great influence on the taste and aroma of rock tea. If conditions permit, it is recommended to choose unpolluted mountain spring water. After boiling, it will be a little cooler. The water temperature for making tea should be below 95 ℃. If there is no mountain spring water, mineral water is OK.
