1、 What certificate does newborn need to register
According to the principle that newborns settle down voluntarily with their parents, they can settle down with their parents. Materials required: marriage certificate, written application of the parents of the newborn, birth medical certificate of newborn infant, residence booklet of his father or his mother, and registration of birth to the public security station of the registered residence.
2、 New born children's household registration process
（1） Address:
The new-born child's household registration should be handled in the household certificate Department of the local police station of either parent within one month after the birth of the child
（2） Materials:
1. Birth medical certificate of the baby (1 copy, check the original copy);
2. Parents' marriage certificate, ID card and household register (1 copy each, and the original copy shall be checked);
3. Family planning certificate issued by the family planning organization of the street where the family planning work is to be carried out (1 original);
4. If one child is born within the policy, the mother's family planning service certificate shall be provided; if two children are born within the policy, the approval form for two child birth shall be provided (1 copy, check the original);
5. Apply for more than one month, and submit the certificate that the baby has not been registered with the father or mother in other cities and counties (1 original).
