New born children should go to the household certificate Department of the local police station of either parent within one month after the birth of the child. 1、 What certificate does newborn need to register

According to the principle that newborns settle down voluntarily with their parents, they can settle down with their parents. 2、 New born children's household registration process

(1) Address:

The new-born child's household registration should be handled in the household certificate Department of the local police station of either parent within one month after the birth of the child

(2) Materials:

1. Birth medical certificate of the baby (1 copy, check the original copy);

2. Parents' marriage certificate, ID card and household register (1 copy each, and the original copy shall be checked);

3. Family planning certificate issued by the family planning organization of the street where the family planning work is to be carried out (1 original);

4. If one child is born within the policy, the mother's family planning service certificate shall be provided; if two children are born within the policy, the approval form for two child birth shall be provided (1 copy, check the original);

5. Apply for more than one month, and submit the certificate that the baby has not been registered with the father or mother in other cities and counties (1 original).

(3) Handling method:

1. First of all, we should issue a "Notice of new baby entering the household" to the neighborhood committee with the birth certificate;

2. Take both parents' household register, ID card, marriage certificate, child's birth certificate, birth service certificate and household registration notice to the neighborhood office where they are located for stamping;

3. finally, the registered residence of the police station in the street is handled by the household registration department, bringing together the account books, identity cards, marriage certificates, birth certificates and birth certificate of the parents.
