Application procedures:
（1） Submit the application approval form for mainland residents to and from Taiwan, which is completed and pasted with the applicant's photo (see the standard). For the first application, two photos of the same specification must be submitted.
（2） Submit the original of the applicant's ID card and residence booklet, and submit a copy. The applicant under the age of 16 only needs to submit the residence booklet.
（3） Submit the list of team travel certificates issued by group travel agencies with the qualification to operate tourism to Taiwan.
（4） The travel group leader's application for certificates and endorsements shall be submitted to the exit Entry Administration Department of the public security organ of the place where the travel group leader is located, and the official letter issued by the travel group leader and the travel group leader's certificate for Taiwan shall be submitted. （5） State functionaries registered and reported shall submit their applications after going through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with their organizational and personnel management authority.
（6） If the holder loses his / her certificate, he / she shall apply to the exit Entry Administration Department of the public security organ of the municipality directly under the central government or prefecture (city) level that originally accepted the application for reissue, and submit the certificate issued by the local police organ reporting the loss of the certificate.
（7） If the period of validity of the certificate is less than 6 months or the period of validity of the endorsement applied for exceeds the period of validity of the certificate, the inner pages of the certificate will be used up. 1. The on-the-job personnel shall provide the "on-the-job certification letter" for more than half a year; (Note: ① the on-the-job certification letter shall indicate the applicant's name, gender, date of birth, date of appointment, current position and monthly salary standard.
