1. Visa application:

According to the agreement between the two countries, Chinese and Cambodian personnel holding diplomatic and official passports will enter China visa free and stay for 30 days. Holders of ordinary Chinese passport and official passport must apply for a visa before entering China. The visa application methods are as follows:

(1) Landing visa. Chinese citizens holding valid ordinary passports and official ordinary passports can apply for a 30 day tourist visa and a 30 day business visa after arriving at Cambodia airport international port and land international port.

Specific materials to be submitted: visa application form (with a recent photo), passport (valid for more than 6 months), boarding pass. If you apply for a tourist visa, please choose a tourist visa on the visa application form; if you apply for a business visa, choose a business visa.

(2) Apply for visa at Cambodian embassy and consulate in China. When Chinese citizens go to Cambodia with ordinary passports and official ordinary passports, they can also apply to the Cambodian embassy and consulate in China in advance for one-time entry, three-month valid tourist visa and business visa with a stay period of 30 days.

From September 1, 2017, Chinese citizens can apply for tourist visa and business visa for multiple entry in one, two or three years at the Cambodian embassy and consulate in China. At present, Cambodia has an embassy in Beijing and a Consulate General in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Kunming, Nanning, Xi'an and Hong Kong.

(3) E-visa. Chinese citizens can also apply for Cambodia e-visa online when they go to Cambodia with ordinary passport and official passport. E-visa can only apply for a tourist visa with one entry, three months validity and 30 days of stay.

The tourist visa fee is 30 US dollars, and the business visa fee is 35 US dollars (in the actual application, the agency fee and other fees charged by the acceptance department shall be subject to the standards set by the acceptance Department).

Precautions for entering Cambodia:

When entering the country, you must fill in the entry card completely in advance, and the exit card is blank. When entering the country, Cambodian immigration officials will deposit the entry card and pin the exit card on the visa page of the passport. When leaving the country, they must complete the exit card before going through the exit procedures.

When entering the country, the immigration officer will stamp the entry seal with the period of stay on the visa page of the passport (the upper part is the time of entry, and the lower part is the time of departure). Generally, the period of stay is 30 days. Please check the time of departure to avoid being fined for exceeding the period of stay. The Cambodian immigration administration stipulates that a fine of US $10 per day will be imposed after the period of stay exceeds.

When you enter Cambodia, you must fill in the customs declaration form and give it to the customs officer. There is no limit on the amount of US dollars or other foreign currencies you can bring into Cambodia. However, if it is equal to or more than US $10000, you must declare, otherwise you will have to pay tax when you take it out again.

According to Cambodian customs regulations, cultural relics or wood raw materials are not allowed to be taken out of the country. In case of an outbreak of a global or regional infectious disease, Cambodian health officials will set up instruments at the port for inspection, and visitors to Cambodia need to fill in the health and epidemic prevention form.
