1. Declaration: after pregnancy, before abortion or family planning operation, female workers should bring declaration materials to the birth insurance window of district social labor insurance department for application;

2. Issue medical certificate: the staff will issue medical certificate after accepting and approving the application;

3. Settlement: within 30 days of maternity leave, female employees should bring declaration materials to the maternity insurance window of district social labor insurance department for settlement of benefits;

4. Reimbursement settlement: after the staff accept and approve, they will pay maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance at one time.

List of maternity insurance reimbursement standards in 2019

According to relevant regulations, the reimbursement of maternity insurance mainly includes four aspects: Maternity allowance, maternity medical expenses, one-time childbirth nutrition subsidy and one-time subsidy

1. Maternity allowance = average payment wage of the unit in the current month & divide; 30 days & times; holiday days (slightly different from each province and city);

2. Maternity medical expenses:

(1) The medical expenses for medical treatment after confirming the fertility status shall be settled by the Municipal Bureau of labor and social security and the hospital in a fixed amount (the part exceeding 10000 yuan shall be settled according to the approved amount).

(2) If the medical expenses of delivery in different places are lower than the quota standard, they shall be reimbursed according to the actual situation; if they are higher than the quota standard, they shall be reimbursed according to the quota standard.

3. One time childbirth nutrition subsidy: normal childbirth, abortion for more than 7 months; the average monthly salary of the city workers in the previous year & times; 25%;

4. One time subsidy: for those who give birth in the first and second level hospitals, a one-time subsidy of 300 yuan will be added to each person.

It should be noted that although maternity insurance needs to be paid every month, according to the regulations, the cost of maternity insurance is paid by the unit (0.7% is borne by the unit), and the individual does not need to pay any cost of maternity insurance.
