Among them, the third article will provide direct cash subsidies to rural users. The plan points out that where conditions permit, rural residents can be given appropriate subsidies to scrap three wheeled vehicles, buy trucks of 3.5 tons and below or passenger cars of 1.6 liters and below, so as to drive rural automobile consumption.
Among them, trucks of 3.5 tons and below mainly include minivans, some light trucks, pickup trucks, etc., and passenger cars of 1.6 liters and below include SUV, sedan, MPV, micro surface, etc. The subsidy standard is 10% of the vehicle price. Among them, 80% will be borne by the central Ministry of Finance and 20% will be borne by the provincial Ministry of finance, and the subsidy amount will be specifically arranged by the local provincial financial department.
The application process is as follows: the buyer's personal ID card, household register, bank direct subsidy special passbook, driver's license, original motor vehicle registration certificate and motor vehicle purchase invoice are submitted to the township financial department, and the subsidy will be directly paid into the passbook within 15 working days after approval.
