1、 Inheritance and transfer

2、 Gift transfer

1. Process

(4) The donee shall go to the relevant departments to go through the registration procedures for the transfer of house ownership, and submit the application form, the original real estate property right certificate, ID card, household register, gift certificate, notarial certificate, etc.

(5) The donor delivers the house to the donee.

2. Taxes and fees

Business tax: the donation of real estate between close relatives or persons with support or support relationship shall be exempted from business tax.

Personal income tax: if the property is donated between close relatives or people who have the relationship of support or support, individual income tax shall be exempted.

Deed tax: the recipient of the donated property needs to pay the deed tax in full, which is paid at the rate of 3%.

1. Process
