Among them, the insured urban and rural residents aged 65 to 79 years old will be paid an additional 5 yuan per month, and those over 80 years old will be paid an additional 10 yuan per month. In order to guide and encourage urban and rural residents to participate in the insurance early and pay more, increase the accumulation of personal account funds, and improve the level of treatment, for the continuous payment period of more than 15 years (including the transfer and continuation period of employee pension insurance), each person will be issued an additional payment pension of 2 yuan per month for each year exceeding 1 year.
From January 1, 2019, the payment standard of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in the whole province will be adjusted to 7 levels, including 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 500 yuan, 800 yuan, 1000 yuan, 2000 yuan and 3000 yuan per year.
Each city and county may, according to the local situation, increase the payment level standard. In principle, the maximum payment level standard shall not exceed the minimum level annual payment amount of the local flexible employment personnel participating in the basic endowment insurance of employees. The current minimum payment level standard and payment subsidy standard shall be retained for the poor, the target of subsistence allowances, the extremely poor and the severely disabled.
We will improve the adjustment mechanism of payment subsidies. From January 1, 2019, we will pay seven payment levels of 200 yuan to 3000 yuan, and the payment subsidies in different places should not be less than 40 yuan, 50 yuan, 70 yuan, 100 yuan, 120 yuan, 140 yuan and 160 yuan.
All localities can reasonably adjust the level of payment subsidies according to the actual situation, appropriately increase the payment subsidies for those who choose to pay at a higher level, and guide urban and rural residents to choose high-grade standard payment. Encourage collective economic organizations to increase payment subsidies, and encourage other social organizations, public welfare charity organizations and individuals to increase subsidies for the insured.
