If the business place and warehouse are self owned property, the house property right certificate shall be submitted (1 copy, the original copy shall be checked);
6. Certification documents of enterprise name issued by the administrative department for Industry and Commerce (1 copy, check the original; for example: business license, notice of enterprise name pre approval, name inquiry certificate, etc.);
7. Health food hygiene and quality management system (1 copy);

2. Procedures:
Examination and approval of certificate issuing:
Acceptance of application materials - site acceptance - make a decision on whether to issue the health food business enterprise hygiene license, and notify the applicant in writing.
3. Processing conditions:
