Article 63 of the regulations for the implementation of the road traffic safety law of the people's Republic of China stipulates as follows:
Article 63 when a motor vehicle stops temporarily on a road, the following provisions shall be observed:
（1） No parking is allowed at sections with no stopping signs and markings, sections with separation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, pedestrian crossings and construction sections;
（2） No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp bends, narrow roads less than 4 meters wide, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, and sections within 50 meters from the above places;
（3） In front of bus stops, first aid stations, gas stations, fire hydrants or fire brigades (stations) and in the road sections within 30 meters from the above places, except those using the above-mentioned facilities, no parking is allowed;
（4） Before the vehicle stops stably, it is not allowed to open the door and get on and off the personnel, and the opening and closing of the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;
（5） Parking on the side of the road shall be close to the right side of the road, and the motor vehicle driver shall not leave the vehicle. After getting on and off personnel or loading and unloading articles, the driver shall drive away immediately;
（6） City buses are not allowed to stop outside the station to get on and off passengers.
