Now almost every family has a WLAN. Usually they only use the network. How can you set up a router? If you have to ask a professional to set it up every time, I'll teach you how to set up a router. I won't worry about no network in the future.
Step 1: connect the power supply and network cable
Plug the external network cable into the WAN port of the router. Plug the router's power adapter into the power interface and turn on the power. The external network cable is a cable from the optical cat or ADSL cat. If it is a network cable into the home, this line is the external network cable.
Step 2: connect WiFi wireless network
After confirming that the router is powered on, use the mobile phone or other mobile devices to turn on the wireless network function, search for and connect the wireless network with the name corresponding to the router label.
Step 3: open the mobile phone browser settings
After confirming that the wireless network connection is successful, the router will push the configuration page to the mobile phone, open the mobile phone browser and automatically enter the configuration interface. If the push is not successful, you can enter the corresponding management page address on the bottom label of the router to enter the configuration page.
Step 4: set up the Internet
After entering the configuration page, select the Internet access method, fill in the broadband account number and broadband password. Please consult the broadband operator for Internet access, most of them are broadband dial-up. Fill in the wireless name and password in the wireless settings menu, click save, and the setting is successful. After the router restarts, use the mobile phone to search for the name of the wireless network you have set, and enter the password to connect.
